Submit Your Information

Establishing a page in the collection is simple. Please follow these three easy steps:

1. Determine Your Eligibility: You must be a active painter and a past or current customer of Plein Air Frames. You are not required to paint in a specific medium or style. However, the bulk of our patrons are creating works in oil or acrylic on canvas and/or board. Please contact us if you are uncertain about your eligibility.

2. Gather Your Info/Images: Please use the list of categories below to create your personal profile. Include as little or as much information as you wish. You can include a photo of yourself and images of your work. Because this service is totally and completely free, we ask that framed images utilize current or past frames from the Plein Air Frames catalog. While we would prefer to show off your work in our frames, you can choose to present your images unframed.* You may also choose to include link information for any relevant sites, such as your own Web page or any organizations or associations to which you belong.

* The painting shown on your artist profile page must appear in a frame from the Plein Air Frames catalog. If the images submitted are all unframed, we will select a frame for this image.

3. Send Your Materials: Your submitted materials can be in print or digital. We will input your text and scan your images if necessary. We are not currently accepting negatives, slides, transparencies, Polaroids or Macintosh formatted diskettes. Package you materials securely, and mail them to:

PLEIN AIR FRAMES

You can also send your materials by email.

We will notify you when you page is ready for publication online.
